Solve Your Child's Eye Problems

When you watch T.V., switch on the room light, sit 2 meters away and make sure the height of the T.V. is at or below eye-level.

When you read a book, the room should be well lit and you should sit upright on a chair holding the book 30 cms away.

Give your eyes a break after every 30 to 40 minutes of reading, writing, using the computer or watching TV.

Eat balanced meals, get enough sleep at night and do regular physical exercise.
