Do not wear contact lenses for extended periods of time or overnight and do not use your mascara for more than a year.
Do not rub eyes frequently since this can cause an eye infection or splash water furiously which can affect your eyes.
Use disposable tissues instead of handkerchiefs to wipe eyes, as they are more hygienic. Avoid using aerosol products like hairspray.
Do not sit less than 15 feet from the television and when reading, keep your book at least two feet away. |
