The ‘Certificate of Authenticity’ certifies the genuinity of our products dispensed or sold with it. This certificate holds ‘Himalaya Optical’ under complete obligation to replace its product on account of any discrepancy to the aforementioned promise.
This certificate protects your investment in Himalaya’s products from a manufacturing deficiency only. Himalaya Optical through this initiative wishes to guarantee your absolute peace of mind.
Frames & Sunglasses: This includes immunity extended in furtherance to the manufacturer's warranty against deficiencies in hinges and welding points only lasting for a period of 6 months from the date specified in the ‘Certificate of Authenticity’.
Note: This certificate entitles you towards a replacement only that too only if the same is in consonance to what is stated herein. This certificate shall not cover complaints against defects/damage caused by accidents and natural wear & tear. The following conditions are not embraced by this privilege:

Only in case of manufacturing defect:
Mail your claim at email@example.com or write on "Feedback" page of our website www.himalayaoptical.com , explaining the complaint, details of the purchase i.e. the location of the store purchased from; the order reference number & the date of the order.
Lodge a handwritten complaint with the store manager at the store of your purchase, explaining the complaint attached with the copy of Invoice & a photocopy (Front & Back) of this certificate.
Note: Experts at Himalaya Optical alone possess the discretionary right to determine and qualify the credence of the complaint and the nature of the deficiency complained about. Stores and the staff constituting therein are not authorized to provide any service under this policy. Your lodged complaint shall be dealt directly by our 'Quality-Control’ & ‘Customer-Service’ departments in Kolkata or Delhi.

In case of disputes:
Under no circumstance shall the liability of Himalaya Optical ever exceed more than the price paid by you for the product thus purchased. For any and every dispute concerning the sale & purchase and for anything arising from the terms and conditions herein, the matter shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of Kolkata courts.
The card will be issued on purchase of Frame/Sunglass worth Rs. 990 & above and for Ophthalmic Lenses only.
This card is not valid on purchase of Contact Lens, Solutions & accessories.
